Tobacco free Monday

Yep looks like i did it, made it thru the weekend tobacco free. And living at my house that is real tuff thing! Of course i did use several cold beers to forget about it. The tabacco urge.

Friday and saturday where kind of bad, but the last 2 days have been alot better. My head has almost stopped hurting, and i am not as dizy. Of course some of the dizzy may just be me! LOL

Had a good visit with my mom and sisters this weekend, we had dinner yesterday afternoon. I sure enjoy spending time with my family. I like to hear the kids running thru the house. And of course it dont hurt a thing to eat some good cooking. I have noticed that since i gave up that nasty expensive nicotne habit, that things taste alot different. I mean i dont need near as much salt as i did before.

Well i guess i am thru rambling now. Need to get some work done this morning, it is monday and the crazies must have worked this weekend, because there are broke computers everywhere!

Thanks for all the support, with kicking the habit i think i will make thru.
